Japanese release: the Japanese OP-13 shipped earlier and its top cards are already trading on secondary markets — the English print will most likely mirror the JP card list one-for-one.

OP-13 is not alone — Bandai's English pipeline for August 2026 also includes:
- Extra Booster EB-03 "One Piece Heroines Edition" — English release August 2026. Full female-cast focused mini-set.

Based on the JP version currently indexed in our market data, the chase slot goes to the OP13-118, OP13-119, and OP13-120 Super Alternate Art parallels of Monkey D. Luffy, Portgas D. Ace, and Sabo — the three brothers. The Red Super Alt-Art Luffy is the outright chase, and Japanese secondary market pricing has already pushed the top serial well into five figures.

How OP-13 fits the current metagame
OPTCG has no rotation, so OP-13 is additive — nothing rotates out to make room. Every Leader currently competitive at English regionals stays legal. What OP-13 usually delivers is (a) new Leader options that reshape a color pair, (b) one or two format-shifting Events, and (c) a supply-side bump for existing archetypes via reprints inside a fresh set.
The rivalry theme runs through OP-13's Alt-Art trio — expect the marketing push and the pull-rate math to concentrate around the Luffy/Ace/Sabo card cycle.
