Set at a glance
Carrying On His Will is the anniversary set for the game's third year in English. The theme is inheritance — Roger's will passing to Luffy — and the card list leans hard on the Three Brothers, the Gorosei, and Roger-era characters. Because One Piece has no rotation, every card in it is still legal today.
InkSight tracks 252 OP-13 printings, of which 252 currently carry a price. The rarity spread across the tracked printings is 90 C, 60 UC, 45 R, 26 SR, 18 SEC, 12 L and 1 TR. Full card-by-card pricing lives in the Carrying On His Will price guide.

The Three Brothers cycle
The set's marketing centre is the Luffy / Ace / Sabo Super Alternate Art trio at OP13-118, 119 and 120, and the ladder above them runs through Wanted Poster and Parallel treatments. Nine months on, the ordering has held: Luffy commands a clear premium over Ace, and Ace over Sabo, across every treatment tier. The Gorosei parallels (St. Marcus Mars, St. Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, St. Jaygarcia Saturn) form the second tier, all trading in the $400–$500 band.
On the Leader side, Gol.D.Roger (OP13-003) is the set's thematic centrepiece; its Alternate Art printing sits around $28 in the current snapshot, with the Luffy Leader Alt Art (OP13-001) the most expensive Leader in the set at about $87.
Where OP-13 sits in the format today
One Piece has no rotation, so OP-13 never leaves the pool — it became tournament-legal on November 14, 2025 and remains fully legal. Three main sets have released since (The Azure Sea's Seven, Adventure on Kami's Island, and OP-16 The Time of Battle), so OP-13 is now a mid-depth set: past the launch-supply crunch, and priced on play demand plus anniversary collectibility rather than hype.
Is a reprint coming?
Premium Bandai has listed an OP-13 booster box with an August 2026 delivery window. To be precise about what that is: it is a retailer shipping estimate on a restock, sourced from a storefront listing, not a Bandai release announcement. We are not treating it as a release date and neither should you. If a restock does land, the usual effect is downward pressure on sealed box prices and on the commons/uncommons, with the SEC alt-art tier largely unaffected. Source: Premium Bandai storefront listing. No publisher announcement confirms a reprint wave.
Buying OP-13 today
Sealed OP-13 boxes are past their release-window pricing and now trade on remaining supply. Singles are the cheaper route into the set for players — the Leaders and the Gorosei package are the parts that actually see play.

Common questions
When did OP-13 Carrying On His Will release?
November 7, 2025 in English. The English prerelease ran October 31, 2025 and the set became tournament-legal on November 14, 2025. The Japanese release was earlier, on August 23, 2025.
Is OP-13 still coming out in 2026?
No. OP-13 released in November 2025 and has been on shelves for roughly nine months. If you have seen an "August 2026" date attached to OP-13, that is a Premium Bandai restock delivery window on a booster-box listing, not a release date.
What actually releases on July 31, 2026?
The six English starter decks ST-31 through ST-36, plus the OP-16 main set The Time of Battle. Each starter deck includes one bonus OP-16 booster pack. See our ST-31–ST-36 buyer's guide.
What is the most valuable card in OP-13?
By confident market price, the Monkey.D.Luffy OP13-118 Super Alternate Art at roughly $2,116 in our July 25, 2026 snapshot. A second Luffy printing (Red Super Alternate Art) carries a $99,999 ask, but our model flags it as an outlier with insufficient sale depth, so we do not present it as a market value.
Is OP-13 still tournament legal?
Yes. The One Piece Card Game has no rotation, so every OP-13 card remains legal in sanctioned English play.
What is the theme of Carrying On His Will?
It is the 3rd Anniversary set, themed on Roger's will passing down to the next generation. The Three Brothers — Luffy, Ace and Sabo — anchor the chase cards, with Gol.D.Roger as a headline Leader.
