Vendetta pull rates by rarity
| Rarity | Per pack (avg) | Chance of at least one | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | 7.55 | 100% | every pack |
| Uncommon | 3.28 | 100% | every pack |
| Rare | 1.80 | 98% | nearly every pack |
| Epic | 0.270 | 25% | ~1 in 4.0 packs |
| Showcase | 0.099 | 9.6% | ~1 in 10 packs |
| Signature | 0.001 | 0.14% | ~1 in 719 packs |
“Per pack (avg)” is expected copies per booster; “chance of at least one” is the probability a single pack contains one or more.
What the 13 slots actually are
- 7× Common — Common
- 3× Uncommon — Uncommon
- 2× Foil Rare-or-better — Rare 83% · Epic 13% · Showcase 4.0%
- 1× Any-rarity foil — Common 55% · Uncommon 28% · Rare 13% · Epic 2.0% · Showcase 1.9% · Signature 0.14%
- 1× token — not a tradable single, so it is excluded from every value figure on this page.
Rarity slots are rolled independently, so a pack can carry two Epics, or an Epic and a Showcase, from the two Rare-or-better slots. The any-rarity foil slot is where Signatures live — it is the only slot in the pack that can produce one.

What Riot has confirmed about Vendetta
These are set facts, not estimates. Riot’s own Vendetta set page (Riftbound.gg, last updated July 21, 2026) states:
- Released July 31, 2026 in English and Chinese on the same day; the French printing follows on October 23, 2026.
- 166 cards in the base set, with more than 50 Showcase treatments layered on top of it.
- Nine Legends. Origins and Spiritforged each carried twelve. Vendetta is the first Riftbound set to ship fewer.
- Booster display: 24 packs, 14 cards per pack, MSRP $119.99 / €127.99.
- Showdown Decks (Shen vs Zed): two 56-card decks, $34.99 / €36.99.
- Crystal Rose is a Wild Rift collaboration: six alt-art cards, pullable from all Vendetta boosters, which Riot describes as appearing at a rate similar to the set’s other alt arts.
Vendetta per booster box
A sealed Riftbound booster box holds 24 packs. On the estimates above, one Vendetta box averages:
- Rare: ~43.2 per box — a 100% chance a given box contains at least one.
- Epic: ~6.5 per box — a 100% chance a given box contains at least one.
- Showcase: ~2.4 per box — a 91% chance a given box contains at least one.
- Signature: ~0.03 per box — a 3.3% chance a given box contains at least one.
Zero-Showcase boxes and two-Showcase boxes are both entirely normal. Box averages describe the long run, not your box.
Legends went from twelve to nine — read box results accordingly
The practical consequence is the opposite of disappointing: with nine Legends instead of twelve, a single box covers a larger share of the Legend pool, and each Legend has a proportionally larger claim on the Showcase and Signature treatments layered above it. That is also why Vendetta’s Signature prices are concentrated the way they are — nine names, not twelve, absorb the whole top of the set.
One box, fully counted
A Reddit user (u/Aithusa_Here on r/riftboundtcg, roughly sixteen days ago) counted a complete Vendetta box — a media box of the type sent to creators — card by card. This is one box. It is not a pull rate, and the opener said so themselves. We reproduce the count because a fully tallied box is rare and useful, not because six hundred cards would be needed before any of it generalises.
| Rarity in that box | Cards | Breakdown as counted |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 181 | 168 plain, 13 foiled |
| Uncommon | 77 | 56 plain, 6 foiled, plus 14 Battlefields and 1 foiled Battlefield |
| Rare | 43 | 9 Legends, 15 Champion Units, 7 Units, 9 Spells (7 of them Decrees), 3 Gears |
| Epic | 7 | — |
| Overnumbered / alt art | 4 | 2 alt Runes, 2 alt Champion Units |
| Crystal Rose | 0 | none in this box |
An arithmetic note, stated as an observation. The tally comes to 312 cards. Across 24 packs that is 13 per pack, while the official specification is 14. One card per pack — most likely a token or a basic rune — was not tallied. We are not correcting either source; we are pointing at the gap so nobody reads 312 as a contradiction of Riot’s 14-card pack.
The thread also contains the necessary pushback. A commenter (u/ofTheseus) reported opening Unleashed boxes that produced eight or nine Legends, and noted that a single box tells you very little either way. Two further claims in that discussion — that a box is guaranteed two alt arts, and that Crystal Rose cards appear at the same rate as ordinary alt arts — are community assertions we have not been able to verify, and we do not state them as fact. Riot’s own wording is that Crystal Rose is pullable from all Vendetta boosters at a rate similar to the set’s other alt arts; that is as far as the published record goes. Notably, this box contained zero Crystal Rose cards.
What Vendetta cards are worth, by rarity
Every figure below comes from our August 11, 2026 daily TCGplayer snapshot, in which all 245 priced Vendetta entries carried a market price. Median, 90th percentile and maximum, by rarity band:
| Rarity | Cards | Median | 90th pct | Highest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Common | 57 | $0.10 | $0.14 | $0.33 |
| Uncommon | 46 | $0.12 | $0.18 | $0.21 |
| Rare | 46 | $0.18 | $0.32 | $1.49 |
| Epic | 28 | $1.73 | $14.71 | $24.61 |
| Showcase | 68 | $73.20 | $529.36 | $2,627.33 |
The shape is what matters: the entire Common, Uncommon and Rare body of the set sits in dimes and quarters, Epic medians sit near a dollar and a half, and everything with real money attached is a Showcase treatment. Those are snapshot prices for individual cards; they say nothing about how quickly any of them sell.
The nine Signature Legends are the top of the set
Nine Legends, nine Signature versions. On the August 11, 2026 snapshot they run from $2,627.33 at the top down to $502.96 at the bottom:
- Akali — Rogue Assassin — $2,627.33 (189*/166)
- Zed — Master of Shadows — $1,321.13 (191*/166)
- Kennen — Heart of the Tempest — $1,200.85 (197*/166)
- Jayce — Defender of Tomorrow — $1,147.92 (194*/166)
- Mel — Soul's Reflection — $1,007.04 (195*/166)
- Nasus — Curator of the Sands — $566.09 (192*/166)
- Shen — Eye of Twilight — $553.08 (193*/166)
- Renekton — Butcher of the Sands — $519.20 (190*/166)
- Ambessa — Matriarch of War — $502.96 (196*/166)
Only 3 of the nine appear above. The other 6 — including the Akali, Zed and Kennen Signatures at the very top of the list — have no scanned photograph available to us: the vendor image request returns a refusal rather than an image. We would rather show you six fewer tiles than invent artwork or substitute a different card’s picture, so those rows stay text-only until real scans exist.
Crystal Rose: six cards, and what they actually cost
The Wild Rift collaboration subset is exactly six cards, numbered SP1/006 through SP6/006, and our snapshot contains all six — matching Riot’s stated count precisely. There is no seventh card and no separate premium treatment hiding behind them.
- SP3/006 Ahri — Inquisitive — $94.51
- SP1/006 Kai'Sa — Survivor — $85.03
- SP2/006 Sona — Harmonious — $39.63
- SP6/006 Lux — Crownguard — $35.47
- SP5/006 Ezreal — Prodigy — $18.92
- SP4/006 Sett — Brawler — $18.48
If you are opening Vendetta to chase Crystal Rose, the $94.51 top and $18.48 floor are the numbers to plan against, and the six cards are spread across all Vendetta boosters rather than concentrated in a case slot. Prices move; this page is restamped from a once-daily snapshot, so check the date above before acting on any figure here.
Where these estimates get soft
- Riot has published no per-rarity odds. Everything here is modelled from community box breaks and cross-checked against our own simulation — directionally right, not exact.
- Small samples lie. A single Vendetta box is coin-flip territory; the rates only converge across dozens of boxes.
- The Signature rate is the least-sampled figure on this page. Treat ~1 in 719 packs as directional.
- Prices move daily. The chase grid is a once-per-day snapshot, not a live quote.
Common questions
How many Legends are in Riftbound Vendetta?
Nine. Origins and Spiritforged each had twelve, and Vendetta is the first Riftbound set to ship fewer (Riftbound.gg set page, updated July 21, 2026). A box that returns roughly nine Legends is therefore covering the pool, not showing a worse rate than Unleashed — any figure of about twelve Legends per box is an Unleashed number carried across a set boundary.
What are the pull rates for Riftbound Vendetta?
Riot publishes the pack structure — 24 packs per display, 14 cards per pack — but not per-rarity pull rates, so the percentages on this page are estimates calibrated against community reference figures (Epic about 1 in 4 packs, alt-art or overnumbered Showcase about 1 in 10, Signature about 1 in 720) and identical to the weights our Pack Lab simulator rolls with. Per pack: 7 Commons, 3 Uncommons, two foil Rare-or-better slots (Rare 83% / Epic 13% / Showcase 4.0% each) and one any-rarity foil slot.
What are the Riftbound Vendetta hit rates?
Hit rate and pull rate mean the same thing in Riftbound — the chance a given booster contains a card of a particular rarity — so the numbers on this page answer both questions. Per pack: 7 Commons, 3 Uncommons, two foil Rare-or-better slots (Rare 83% / Epic 13% / Showcase 4.0% each) and one any-rarity foil slot. Riot has not published per-rarity odds, so those percentages are community-calibrated estimates, identical to the weights our Pack Lab simulator rolls with, and nothing taken from the single counted box on this page is presented as a rate.
What did one opened Vendetta box actually contain?
One counted box (u/Aithusa_Here on r/riftboundtcg, a media box of the type sent to creators) held 181 Commons, 77 Uncommons including 15 Battlefields, 43 Rares including 9 Legends, 7 Epics, 4 overnumbered or alt-art cards, and zero Crystal Rose. That is a single box, not a rate. The tally comes to 312 cards, which is 13 per pack against an official specification of 14, so one card per pack — likely a token or basic rune — was not counted. A commenter in the same thread reported Unleashed boxes with eight or nine Legends and noted that one box tells you very little.
How rare are the Crystal Rose cards in Vendetta?
Riot describes Crystal Rose as six alt-art cards pullable from all Vendetta boosters at a rate similar to the set’s other alt arts. Riot has not published a number, and we do not assert one. Our August 11, 2026 snapshot prices the six at $94.51 down to $18.48, which does not match descriptions of the subset as roughly one per case.
What are the six Crystal Rose cards worth?
On our August 11, 2026 daily TCGplayer snapshot: SP3/006 Ahri — Inquisitive $94.51, SP1/006 Kai'Sa — Survivor $85.03, SP2/006 Sona — Harmonious $39.63, SP6/006 Lux — Crownguard $35.47, SP5/006 Ezreal — Prodigy $18.92, SP4/006 Sett — Brawler $18.48. SP5/006 is Ezreal — Prodigy, part of the same six-card subset; Vendetta contains no separate Spirit Forge Ezreal treatment. Market price is a snapshot figure, not a guaranteed sale price.
Which Vendetta card is worth the most?
On our August 11, 2026 snapshot the top of the set is the Signature Legend group, led by Akali — Rogue Assassin at $2,627.33, ahead of Zed — Master of Shadows at $1,321.13 and Kennen — Heart of the Tempest at $1,200.85. Showcase cards as a band have a median of $73.20 across 68 cards, while Commons sit at $0.10.
How many cards are in a Riftbound booster pack?
Fourteen: 13 playable cards plus one token. The token is not a tradable single, so InkSight prices and simulates the 13 playable slots only.
Are these official Riot pull rates?
No. Riot publishes the pack composition but has not disclosed per-rarity odds. Every percentage here is a community-calibrated estimate, labelled as such, and identical to the numbers our Pack Lab simulates with. Nothing taken from a single box opening is presented as a rate.
