The set lost 12.1% of its singles value
Across the 155 OP-16 singles we track (sealed products excluded), total value fell from $6,266.56 to $5,510.48 — −12.1% over the window. The median tracked card moved from $0.18 to $0.11, which is the ordinary shape of a set settling as supply accumulates: the long tail of commons rounds down toward nothing and drags the aggregate with it.
Weekly samples from InkSight’s daily market-average snapshots. First point Jun 18, 2026; last point Aug 6, 2026. Total $6,266.56 → $5,510.48 (−12.1%).
| Snapshot | Median card | Total, 155 singles |

| 2026-07-23 | $0.12 | $5,686.46 |

| 2026-08-06 | $0.11 | $5,510.48 |
Three cards held. They are the scarcest tier in the set.
Of every OP-16 printing that started the window at $20 or more, exactly two finished higher, and a third finished close to where it began. All three are Manga rares.
| Card | Jun 18 | Aug 6 | 50-day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Borsalino (Manga)OP16-073 | $1,011.30 | $1,059.52 | +4.8% |
| Sakazuki (Manga)OP16-065 | $1,205.32 | $1,224.82 | +1.6% |
| Kuzan (Manga)OP16-063 | $1,188.00 | $1,161.82 | −2.2% |
We are not calling Kuzan a gainer. At −2.2% across 50 days it is flat, and saying otherwise would be dressing up a rounding difference. What is true of all three is that they did not participate in the decline that hit everything below them.
Everything under that tier absorbed the losses
Below the Manga rares the picture inverts. Of the printings that started at $20 or more, the mid tier lost between roughly a quarter and two thirds of its value in 50 days. The Alternate Art Kin’emon fell the furthest at −66.9%; the Marshall.D.Teach printings, three of them, all sit between −55.6% and −59.1%.
| Card | Jun 18 | Aug 6 | 50-day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kin’emon (Alternate Art)OP16-082 | $40.00 | $13.25 | −66.9% |
| Marshall.D.Teach (119) (Alternate Art)OP16-119 | $98.35 | $40.22 | −59.1% |
| Marshall.D.Teach (119)OP16-119 | $43.22 | $18.27 | −57.7% |
| Marshall.D.Teach (080) (Alternate Art)OP16-080 | $55.29 | $24.56 | −55.6% |
| Monkey.D.Luffy (034) (Alternate Art)OP16-034 | $20.54 | $10.44 | −49.2% |
| Sakazuki (Alternate Art)OP16-065 | $34.26 | $17.61 | −48.6% |
| Yamato (098) (Alternate Art)OP16-098 | $82.75 | $43.05 | −48.0% |
| Zehahahahaha! (Alternate Art)OP16-116 | $174.31 | $112.72 | −35.3% |
| Charlotte Katakuri (SP)OP11-067 | $185.15 | $123.45 | −33.3% |
| Portgas.D.Ace (SP)ST15-005 | $278.22 | $198.45 | −28.7% |
| Ms. All Sunday (SP)OP14-084 | $687.46 | $638.63 | −7.1% |
Jun 18, 2026 → Aug 6, 2026, cards that started at $20 or more. Kuzan is shown for completeness: at −2.2% it is effectively flat, not a gainer.
The one partial exception at the high end is Ms. All Sunday (SP), which fell only −7.1% from $687.46 to $638.63 — a much smaller move than the rest of the SP group, where Portgas.D.Ace (SP) gave up −28.7% and Charlotte Katakuri (SP) −33.3%.
And the sealed box did not move
Through all of that, the OP-16 booster box sat still. Across the 19 days we have tracked it, it has traded in a band of $202.06 to $208.71, opening at $202.06 on July 19 and closing the window at $208.71 on August 6. The sealed case (a separate product) sat at $2,307.30 in the August 6 snapshot.
Own axis ($190–$220), deliberately not shared with the singles chart above. We only began tracking this product (pid 689336) on Jul 19, 2026, so this is a 19-day series against the 50-day singles window. Range across those 19 days: $202.06–$208.71.

On pull rates: we are not going to give you a number
The obvious next question about a set like this is how often the scarce printings actually appear. Bandai does not publish official pull-rate odds for the One Piece Card Game. The community estimates that circulate for Secret Rares disagree with one another by a wide margin — not by a little, by multiples. That disagreement is the honest finding here, and quoting any one of those figures, even with a hedge attached, would present a guess as a fact. So we do not. Where we can measure something, such as price, we show the measurement and its window.
What the 50 days actually say
Three things happened at once in OP-16’s first 50 tracked days: the scarcity tier held, the mid tier absorbed the losses, and sealed ignored both. The set’s aggregate singles value ended −12.1% lower while its three most expensive cards ended within a few percent of where they started. That is the whole finding. We are not going to tell you what it means for what you own, or predict what OP-17 does to it on August 28 — we will just keep taking the snapshot every day and show you the next 50.

Common questions
What period does this report cover?
June 18, 2026 through August 6, 2026 — 50 days of daily market-average snapshots. OP-16 released on June 12, 2026, so InkSight began tracking the set six days after release. Nothing here captures release day itself.
How much did OP-16 singles fall over the window?
The total value of the 155 tracked OP-16 singles fell from $6,266.56 on June 18, 2026 to $5,510.48 on August 6, 2026, a decline of 12.1%. The median tracked card went from $0.18 to $0.11.
Which OP-16 cards gained value?
Only two cards that started at $20 or more finished higher: Borsalino (Manga) at +4.8%, from $1,011.30 to $1,059.52, and Sakazuki (Manga) at +1.6%, from $1,205.32 to $1,224.82. The third Manga rare, Kuzan, went from $1,188.00 to $1,161.82, which is −2.2% — effectively flat rather than a gain.
What happened to the sealed booster box?
Between July 19 and August 6, 2026 — the 19 days we have tracked it — the OP-16 booster box traded between $202.06 and $208.71, ending at $208.71. That is a shorter series than the 50-day singles window and it is essentially flat.
What are the OP-16 Secret Rare pull rates?
Bandai does not publish official pull-rate odds for the One Piece Card Game, and the community estimates circulating for Secret Rares disagree with each other by a wide margin. InkSight does not state a pull rate for OP-16 because we cannot verify one.
When does OP-17 release?
OP-17 The World’s Strongest Warriors is scheduled for August 28, 2026. This report covers only what OP-16 prices did between June 18 and August 6, 2026; it makes no forecast about what OP-17 will do.
