When do the plan limits start?
Full Pro is free for every account through September 30. Billing and the Free/Pro limits begin on October 1, 2026.
Can I pay now?
No — checkout isn’t switched on and no payment details are collected anywhere on InkSight. We email you when checkout opens on October 1, 2026, when billing begins through Stripe. You can cancel a renewal at any time; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Request one within 14 days of the charge from your Account page or via Contact — we handle the request and the money returns to your original payment method. There are no trial periods: the free tier is how you evaluate InkSight. Full policy: Refunds.
