By using InkSight you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not boilerplate.

Who operates InkSight

InkSight is operated by Michael Sychrava, an individual doing business as InkSight TCG. Your agreement to use the free portions of InkSight is with Michael Sychrava. For paid InkSight Pro subscriptions, Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record and seller of those purchases as described below.

What InkSight is

InkSight is an independent, informational website about the trading card games we cover — currently Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Riftbound, Star Wars: Unlimited, Gundam Card Game, Digimon Card Game and Dragon Ball Super: Fusion World — with prices, decks, set guides, and tools for each. It is provided "as is" for general information and is not a brokerage, marketplace, custodian, appraiser, or financial service.

No warranty on data accuracy or availability

Prices, deck lists, set metadata, simulated pack outputs, and any other data on InkSight are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Card prices move continuously and can be materially out of date between our daily snapshots. We make a reasonable effort to keep the site accurate, but we don't guarantee that any specific price, listing, or piece of content is correct, complete, or available at any given moment.

Not financial or investment advice

Nothing on InkSight is financial, investment, grading, or purchase advice. "Value buys," "movers," and similar features are informational signals derived from market data, not recommendations to buy or sell. You are responsible for your own purchase decisions.

Affiliate disclosure

InkSight participates in affiliate programs with TCGplayer, eBay, and Amazon, among others. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, InkSight earns from qualifying purchases. Affiliate revenue does not influence which cards we surface, which decks we build, or how we rank anything.

Trademarks & intellectual property

Disney Lorcana, all card names, character names, set names, and card artwork are the property of The Walt Disney Company, Ravensburger AG, and their respective owners. InkSight uses Disney Lorcana trademarks and copyrights under Ravensburger's Community Code Policy.

ONE PIECE CARD GAME, card names, character names, and card images are trademarks and copyrights of Bandai Namco, Toei Animation, Shueisha, and Eiichiro Oda, used here for informational and identification purposes only under Bandai's Regulations Regarding the Protection of Intellectual Property Associated with ONE PIECE Card Game (published July 10, 2026 at en.onepiece-cardgame.com).

Riftbound, League of Legends, champion names, and card images are trademarks and copyrights of Riot Games, Inc., used here for informational and identification purposes only under Riot's Legal Jibber Jabber fan-content policy. InkSight is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends.

InkSight is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney, Ravensburger, Bandai Namco, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or Riot Games. Card images and names are used for identification and informational purposes only. InkSight's own design, copy, and code are © InkSight.

Third-party links and services

InkSight links out to third-party marketplaces (TCGplayer, eBay, Amazon and others) and informational sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, availability, or policies.

Accounts

InkSight accounts are optional and free. You can use most tools, including the Collection and Watchlist, without ever creating one.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InkSight and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site, including any reliance on prices, deck lists, or other content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date below. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be brought in the courts located in Alameda County, California.

InkSight Pro subscriptions

InkSight is an independently operated service; Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as merchant of record and seller for all purchases.

Paddle is our merchant of record. When you buy an InkSight Pro subscription, Paddle.com Market Ltd is the seller and merchant of record for that purchase: your purchase contract for the transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Paddle appears as the seller on your card statement and on your receipt. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction.

Pricing. InkSight Pro costs $5.99 per month or $39 per year, charged in US dollars (Paddle may show your local currency and adds any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout). Members who joined during founding early access hold a founding price lock: that price never rises for them while their membership stays continuously active.

Auto-renewal. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term (monthly or annual) at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep Pro until then, and you are not charged again. Cancel through the Paddle buyer portal linked from your receipt, or contact us and we will do it for you.

Refunds. If Pro isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of the charge through Paddle, our merchant of record — at paddle.net or from the link in your receipt email. There are no trial periods: the free tier is how you evaluate InkSight. Your statutory refund and withdrawal rights in your country are always honored on top of this. See our Refunds page for the full policy, including how cancellation works.

Price changes. We may change prices for new subscriptions, and we give existing members at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects them — and a price change never affects a locked founding price.

Founding price lock. We may change prices for new subscriptions with notice. Existing Founding members keep their founding price for as long as their membership remains continuously active — that is a binding published promise, not a promotion. If your membership lapses, the founding price no longer applies to a new subscription.

What Pro is. Pro is access to InkSight-built software features only — for example price alerts, cost basis and P&L, exports, longer history windows, and deeper analytics. Card prices, images and set data are never paywalled — Pro covers InkSight-built software and services only.

What Free and Pro include may change. We may adjust the feature split between Free and Pro over time, with notice. The never-paywall commitment in the sentence above does not change. InkSight keeps its tools ad-free — no advertising on card pages, market pages, collection, watchlist, Deck Lab, Pack Lab or anywhere in Pro. Articles and guides may carry clearly labeled advertising or sponsorship to fund the writing.

Termination and suspension. We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse of the service — including scraping, resale of our data, circumventing limits, or fraudulent payment activity. If your membership ends for any reason, your collection data stays: your account drops to the Free tier and its limits, and nothing you recorded is deleted by us.

Rights, trademarks & attribution

InkSight is an independent, multi-TCG card price tracker and collection tool. It covers 7 trading card games. InkSight is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any of the publishers or rights holders below; their names and marks appear for identification, commentary and reference only. Card images are served from TCGplayer.

Market data: seven TCGs · Editorial coverage: Lorcana, One Piece, Riftbound — beta-game coverage expanding.
