Refunds
This policy covers InkSight Pro, the only thing InkSight sells. Plain terms, no small print.
Who you buy from
Paddle.com Market Ltd is our merchant of record for every Pro purchase. Paddle appears as the seller on your card statement and sends your receipt and invoices, and Paddle handles payment processing and any applicable sales tax or VAT.
14-day refund window
If Pro isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of the charge through Paddle, our merchant of record — at paddle.net or from the link in your receipt email. There are no trial periods: the free tier is how you evaluate InkSight. Your statutory refund and withdrawal rights in your country are always honored on top of this.
Paddle refunds to your original payment method. Nothing else is needed from you — there is no form to fill in on our side.
Renewals
You can cancel a renewal at any time; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Cancel from Manage billing on your account page, or from the Paddle buyer portal linked in every receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, so cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again.
A renewal charge is refundable within 14 days of that charge, the same way a first purchase is.
Your statutory rights
Refund and withdrawal rights given to you by consumer law in your country apply in addition to everything above, and are honored through Paddle regardless of this policy. Nothing here limits them.
No trial periods
We do not run trials. The free tier is how you evaluate InkSight, and every Pro feature that exists today is switched on for free accounts through September 15 — so you can see the whole product before any charge exists.
What this policy does not cover
InkSight Pro is currently the only product InkSight sells — there are no one-off purchases, credits, physical goods, or add-ons. Voluntary tips or donations (for example through Ko-fi) are gifts rather than purchases.
