Riftbound Rarity Index

How each Riftbound rarity moved over the last 24 hours — median across all qualified cards (including flat), with movers separated out so a small handful of jumps can't distort the tier.

Methodology. For each rarity we take every card with ≥15 daily snapshots, market ≥ $2, and conf not outlier/presale. "Median change" is the median 24h change across every card in that pool (flat cards count as 0%). "% rising / flat / falling" splits the same pool at a ±0.5% deadband. "Median among movers" reports the median only across cards that actually moved beyond the deadband — labelled separately so it isn't confused with the tier's overall drift. Snapshot updates once per day. A "mover" is any card whose 24h change is outside ±0.5%.
