You can cancel a renewal at any time; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. If Pro isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of the charge from your Account page or via Contact — we handle the request and Stripe, our merchant of record, returns the money to your original payment method. There are no trial periods: the free tier is how you evaluate InkSight. Your statutory refund and withdrawal rights in your country are always honored on top of this. Refunds.

Alerts run once a day at 05:40 UTC, after the daily snapshot and all of its downstream rebuilds finish, using the targets you set on your watchlist. Alerts are evaluated server-side against your cloud targets, so a target that never reached the cloud can never fire.

Permanently delete your InkSight account and every cloud record we hold for you — every game's collection, watchlists, preferences and history snapshots.

Also erase the copies stored in this browser (all eight games, plus local value history). Leave unticked and your local collections keep working offline.
