EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2: the confirmed facts, and what vol.1 actually did

Bandai has announced EXTRA BOOSTER -ONE PIECE HEROINES EDITION vol.2- for October 2026. That announcement contains four facts and no prices. What we can measure is the set it follows: we have tracked Heroines vol.1 every day, and this page reports those numbers as of the August 10, 2026 snapshot.

What this page is. The EB-05 section is limited to what Bandai has published on the official product page. Everything with a dollar figure attached comes from InkSight’s own daily TCGplayer snapshots of Heroines vol.1, dated August 10, 2026. There are no EB-05 prices on this page because EB-05 has no market yet.

What Bandai has actually confirmed about EB-05

The official page is short, and repeating it accurately matters more than padding it. EB-05 is described as the second Extra Booster built around the Heroines of One Piece, following the first Heroines Extra Booster that our catalogue carries as Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition. Four things are stated outright, and everything else about the product is currently unstated.

No card list, no rarity breakdown, no print-run statement, no pull rates. When a page tells you the chase card of an unreleased set, it is telling you something Bandai has not said.

Where vol.1 sits today

Our One Piece catalogue tracks 94 cards in Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition, of which 36 carry a market price of $2 or more — the working definition of a card with enough of a market to say anything about. That group is what the set index below is built from. The five highest marks in the set at the Aug 10 daily snapshot:

Each figure is the TCGplayer Market Price recorded in our August 10, 2026 snapshot, not a current lowest ask and not a sale you can guarantee today. Marks at this level move on thin volume: a handful of listings can carry the whole number, which is why we date every one of them rather than presenting a running figure.

The vol.1 set index heading into the vol.2 window

Individual marks jump around. The set index does not: it takes the 36 vol.1 cards with a real market, rebases them to 100 on June 18, 2026, and follows the basket daily. Here is the whole series we hold.

InkSight set index, 36 constituent cards, rebased to 100 on June 18, 2026. Daily TCGplayer market-price snapshots; latest reading 90.05 on August 10, 2026.

On August 10, 2026 the index reads 90.05. That is −2.26% over seven days and −9.49% over thirty, across 36 constituents. In plain terms, the basket of tracked vol.1 cards is worth about a tenth less than it was a month ago, and it has drifted down for most of the window rather than dropping in one event.

We are not going to tell you why. A month of index movement is consistent with several explanations we cannot separate with price data alone, and picking one would be storytelling. The measurement is the measurement: down 9.49% over 30 days as of August 10, 2026, on a basket of 36 cards.

What nobody can honestly tell you before release

Three questions arrive with every announced set, and all three are unanswerable right now.

Pull rates. Bandai does not publish odds for the One Piece Card Game. Community rate estimates exist for released sets and disagree with each other by multiples; for a set that has not been printed into anyone’s hands in English, there is no data at all. Any EB-05 rate you see today is invented.

Expected value per pack. EV is a function of pull rates and card prices. Neither exists for EB-05. Multiplying two unknowns produces a number with the appearance of arithmetic and none of the substance, so we do not publish one.

Print run and availability. Bandai does not disclose print quantities, and Extra Boosters have historically varied in how easy they are to find at retail. We have no measurement of EB-05 supply and will not infer one from vol.1.

How we will cover EB-05

The mechanism is the same one that produced every figure above, and it starts the moment there is something to measure. Once TCGplayer lists EB-05 products, those listings enter our daily snapshot the next morning; a per-set index begins accumulating from the first day of data and is honest about being short until it has a month behind it. Card art appears on our set and card pages as the CDN publishes it. Until then this page carries no EB-05 preorder link, because no real EB-05 listing exists to link to, and a link that resolves to a search page for a product nobody sells is a dead affordance.

If you hold vol.1 cards, the useful thing to do in the meantime is track them rather than guess at October. Everything above is already on the site as a daily series.

Common questions

When does EB-05 One Piece Heroines Edition vol.2 release?

Bandai’s official product page lists a release of October 2026 without naming a day. The exact street date varies by region and distributor, and InkSight will not narrow it further than Bandai has.

How much does an EB-05 pack cost and how many cards does it hold?

The official page lists a manufacturer suggested retail price of $4.99 per pack, with 12 cards in each pack. Shop pricing at release is set by retailers, not by that figure.

What are the EB-05 pull rates?

Unknown, and we will not estimate them. Bandai does not publish pull-rate odds for the One Piece Card Game, and no pack of EB-05 has been opened at scale in English, so any rarity distribution circulating before release is guesswork.

What is the most valuable Heroines vol.1 card right now?

Nico Robin (055) (SP) EB03-055 carried the highest market price in the Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition set at $1,415.09 in our August 10, 2026 daily snapshot. That is a snapshot of the marketplace, not a completed-sale record.

What has Heroines vol.1 done over the last 30 days?

Our set index for Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition reads 90.05 on August 10, 2026: −2.26% over 7 days and −9.49% over 30, across 36 constituent cards. We report the movement and its window; we do not attribute a cause to it.

Will InkSight track EB-05 prices?

Yes. Once TCGplayer lists EB-05 products, they enter the same daily snapshot pipeline as every other One Piece set, with a per-set index from the first day we have data. Until a listing exists there is nothing to track and we do not link to one.
