Median 24h = median % change across every qualifying card in the tier — including flat (zero-change) cards, so tiers where most cards didn't move can't look artificially directional. Median (movers) = median among cards that actually moved (|chg| > 0); shown alongside so you can tell "many cards moved a little" from "few cards moved a lot". Rising / Flat / Falling % = breadth of the tier — the share of qualifying cards up, unchanged, or down today. Thin-market outliers (|chg| > 50%) are excluded to protect the medians; presale sets and unverified confidence tiers are excluded so pre-release placeholder purges don't fake tier crashes.
