Until this morning, the only announced way to get the Disney Lorcana D23 2026 Collection was through a raffle. Ravensburger's presale of the D23 Show Bundle — $189.97, one per person, pickup at the show — was the route to the six-card set. Today (August 6), the official Disney Lorcana Instagram announced the collection is also coming to Disney retail: select Disney parks locations and Disney Store online shops around the world, starting August 14 — the same day D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event opens in Anaheim (August 14–16).

What's in the box

The D23 2026 Collection is a set of six foil cards. Five are revealed, each a reprise of a card from a recent set, reworked with expanded borderless art, special foiling, and D23 promo-series numbering: Angel – Siren Singer (originally an Uncommon), Pocahontas – Following the Wind (Super Rare), Mushu – Stealthy Dragon (Legendary), Judy Hopps – Uncovering Clues (Super Rare), and Mr. Incredible – Taking Out the Trash (Uncommon). The sixth card is hidden behind a question mark. Ravensburger has confirmed the set includes the very first card released to the public from Hyperia City — and since the five revealed cards are all reprints from past sets, by elimination the hidden card is the Hyperia City debut. We'll update this post when it's officially revealed.

What's Hyperia City?

Set 14 primer

Hyperia City is Lorcana's 14th set, the Coco-led "metro meets fantasy" set, with prerelease at local game stores October 16, 2026 and wide release October 23, 2026. The card in the D23 2026 Collection will be the first Hyperia City card physically in collectors' hands, roughly two months before the set drops.

Collector context — should you chase it?

The 2024 D23 Collection sold out and has held value: current eBay listings for sealed copies sit in the $400–500 range — those are asking prices, not confirmed sales, so treat them as a ceiling, not a comp. Two things are different this year, and they cut both ways. A real retail footprint across four continents means more supply than a raffled show bundle. But the print run is unannounced, so nobody can honestly tell you whether this sells out in hours or sits on shelves. At $99.99 for six promo foils, buy it because you want it — the Hyperia City preview card is the wildcard that could carry long-term interest.
