The most expensive Riftbound cards in 2026

Riftbound's top of the market is dominated by three things: Ultimate Rare Baron Nashor from Unleashed, numbered chase parallels of the most-loved champions, and the flagship Legendaries from every set. TCGplayer named Riftbound one of its top-selling product lines since October 2025 — the secondary market has been active from day one.

All figures are TCGplayer market snapshot values from our daily database. For live rankings check Riftbound top cards.

Why Riftbound holds value

Three structural factors:

  1. Champion-anchored demand. Every card is tied to a League of Legends character with existing pull. Kai'Sa, Ahri, Jinx, Yasuo — cards with those champions carry player-collector value on top of tournament value.
  2. Consistent print scarcity. Legendaries are ~1 per booster box across Origins/Spiritforged/Unleashed. That's rarer than Magic mythics.
  3. Global demand. League of Legends is one of the biggest global esports properties; secondary demand runs across NA, EU, and APAC.

Chase tier: Ultimate Rare & case-hit parallels

Legendary tier

Legendary rarity cards across all three released sets — most of these fall in the $60–$300 raw range at time of writing.

Meta-shift tier

Not all top-market cards are the chase pulls — a handful of Epic-rarity cards that are 4-of staples in tier-1 decks climb into the top 100 when their archetype wins tournaments. Use the Riftbound movers page to catch these as they move.

Vendetta note. Vendetta releases July 31, 2026 and will introduce 9 new Legends plus the rivalry over-numbered chase cards. Expect the top of the market to reshuffle within a month of release — see our Vendetta guide.

Common questions

What is the most expensive Riftbound card?

The Ultimate Rare Baron Nashor from Unleashed is the highest-indexed card on our snapshot as of July 2026. It's approximately a case-hit rarity (1 per 6-box case).

Are Riftbound Legendaries good investments?

They've held value well since launch, but "investment" framing is risky — treat them as playable collectibles, not securities. Focus on champions with lasting League popularity.

Where can I see live prices?

Our top cards and market pages refresh daily. Individual card pages show 30-day history.

Should I preorder Vendetta chase cards?

The rivalry over-numbered cards are unknown-supply as of writing. If you have a specific rivalry pair you want, preorder singles from a large seller with returns; otherwise wait 2 weeks post-release for prices to settle.
