What's actually new
Three Pixar franchises debut
Attack of the Vine! is the largest Pixar drop in Lorcana history: Monsters, Inc. (Mike, Sulley, Boo), Up, and Turning Red all join the cast. That's a meaningful expansion of the character pool for both deck-builders and collectors who buy on character first.
Year Four story arc
The plot continues from Winterspell: the threat Elsa was trying to freeze back has returned as an invasive thorny vine that spawns "vineling" monsters and leafy duplicates of existing glimmers. Expect mechanical follow-through on those themes across the set's keywords and characters.
207-card set, expanded slots
A larger main set means a wider rares ladder and more room for chase-tier treatments. Distribution and exact card identities are subject to change before release — we'll publish the full breakdown on the hub once Ravensburger confirms it.

Should you buy now or wait?
Three honest scenarios. If you open boxes regularly, grab one — first-run boxes have historically been the best ripping experience for Disney Lorcana sets. If you only want specific singles, do not preorder a box; wait two to four weeks after release for the post-prerelease price correction, then snipe the cards you actually want from our card index. If you want chase Iconics, sealed product gives you the only real shot — singles will be expensive day one.
